Question 1

How can I place an order?

Please contact us first from the inquiry. We will contact you as soon as we can confirm the contact.

Question 2

Is it possible to specify the data to be delivered?

It is basically handed over in PDF, JPEG, ai, psd, dxf, dwg, png using adobe Illustrator (ai). If you would like other extensions, please contact us. Our Illustrator version is always the latest version.

Question 3

Please tell me the payment method.

Please check the traced data in the state of JPEG and line data, and if there is no problem with the data, please transfer to the specified transfer destination. In that case, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Question 4

Is it possible to make corrections?

We can respond within 7 days after delivery. Tracing involves tracing the base data, so we may incur additional costs for modifications that change the design. Color changes and minor corrections will be handled at no additional cost.

Question 5

What should I do for the submission method?

Please attach image data, jpg, gif, png, pdf, eps, psd, etc. by email and send it. If the data is heavy, please use a free service such as Gigafile flight.

For other file formats, please contact us.

Question 6

Is it possible to send the actual item by mail?

​We are currently based in the United States, so we are sorry but we do not accept in-kind receipts.

Question 7

Is it possible to issue a receipt?

It can be issued.

We will issue a receipt that can be downloaded online. Sorry for your inconvenience, but please print with your printer.

Question 8

I don't have a scanner, what should I do?

It may be possible to scan with a copy machine at a convenience store. It is also possible to use data taken with a mobile phone or camera. However, please note that if the design part is distorted, it will be traced as it is.

Question 9

Is it possible to cancel after confirming the order?

Cancellation is not possible as we will start immediately after the order is confirmed.

Please contact us if you have any changes to your order. Depending on the amount and content, we may be able to respond immediately after ordering.

Question 10

I'm in a hurry, is it possible to accelerate the delivery date?

Depending on the quantity, you may be able to prioritize your work by paying an additional fee. Please contact us when ordering.

Question 11

How many days after ordering will it be delivered?

We will deliver it in about 2 days. If you have a large quantity, please contact us at any time.

Question 12

I lost the delivery data.

1000 yen will be charged for reissue. In addition, there is a possibility that there is no data if there is a period after delivery.

Question 13

Please tell me about copyright.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, the copyright will be transferred along with the data. In addition, if the submitted image is a customer's original work, the copyright belongs to the customer.

Question 14

Is it available for commercial use?

If the original material is original, the copyright is transferred to the customer and it can be used for commercial purposes.

Question 15

Is there a shipping fee?

The completed data will be attached to the email and delivered, so no shipping fee is required.
